The Thinking Bat Karakuri Puzzle Box by Yoh Kakuda

The crafter describes their work in the following manner, "A bat is pondering on a box.
He seems to be thinking about this and that, but for some reason he doesn't seem to be in his usual groove.  How can he come up with a good idea...?"

This creative puzzle was originally created as a 2023 Karakuri Christmas present!
