The crafter describes their work as, "Apparently, some owls become elongated when they are startled.  In fact, it seems that this is to hide from predators...?

This is a remake of a Christmas gift from the Karakuri Club in 2014.

Crafted in Chinese Quince, Kaya and Walnut wood.

Measures approximately 91 x 610x 47 mm. with a storage space of 22.5 x 22.5 x 16 mm.
