Coming out shortly after his previous “Side Swiper Box”, the “Arbitrage Box” is the next in line of boxes by Ryan Hughbanks. The limited edition Arbitrage box is the smallest of the collection so far but still coming in at an impressive 6” x 6” x 3.5”. The box comes in multiple woods, and the one we are featuring is the Maple/Walnut variant.
Ryan Hughbanks appeared on the scene in late 2020 and has already been able to release 2 unique boxes with potentially a 3rd and 4th on the horizon! Hailing from Nebraska, what started as a hobby has grown into a cult following of people (myself included) excited to see Ryan’s new twists on mechanical puzzles.
The Arbitrage Box is less complicated than its predecessor at 4-5 steps but will still leave you scratching your head wondering how you can get that front drawer that seems like it MUST be able to open. You can flip this box over and over trying to find seams or if anything will wiggle to no avail.
If you do finally figure out the solution, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by a substantial 3” x 3.5” x 2” space to store whatever you desire.
Ryan has continued to break the mold with his beautifully crafted and uniquely opening boxes. If you can, I highly recommend trying to get your hands on one. I can’t wait to see what Ryan Hughbanks puts out next!
